Cancellation policy

Your first month’s subscription will be charged on the day you order. After your initial order your recurring billing day will be the first of every month. For example your first order is placed on 16th of October and you will then be billed for October on the same. Your next billing cycle will then be on the 1st of November for the month of November. You can cancel, or pause your subscription at any time before your next billing cycle through the customer portal under your account. Your billing information can also be updated through the customer portal.
