What is Paws & Parchment Post?
Paws & Parchment Post is a monthly art subscription mail club. Each month you receive a few paper goodies and a mini newspaper. The newspaper called the Sunday Post, is the heart of the mail club where you will read about the happenings in Parchment. All the goodies for the month are based around the main story of the month from the Sunday Post. You can find more details on what is included each month through the link.
Welcome to the town of Parchment.
Parchment is a small sea side town, but what makes the town special are its residents who are all animals of course.
There are a few important things you should know about Parchment
1. They are all about community and helping out their neighbors.
2. They have a very special post office who do a lot more than deliver the mail. The mailmen of Parchment go out of their way to help their neighbors while out delivering mail. Like delivering ice cream on hot days, looking for lost pets, and helping old ladies cross the road. Their many adventures have made them a bit like local celebrities in Parchment.
3. With the help of the post office, the Sunday Post delivers the news hot off the presses in the local newspaper each month where you can read all about the adventures in Parchment.

Hi, I’m Lauren and I write, design, illustrate, and pack every single Paws & Parchment Post letter. I believe in the human touch and imperfections, as Bob Ross would say “ the happy accidents". A few of my favorite things are handmade crafts, crochet, analog things, and of course animals. I hope that my art can bring a bit of positivity and whimsy back to the world, and if I can make someone’s day brighter through my work nothing would make me happier.
Frequently asked questions
How does shipping work?
Paws & Parchment Post is sent through regular (untracked) mail through Postnl on the last business day of the month. If you live within the Netherlands you should receive your mail within 2-4 business days. For international mail within the EU it can take anywhere from 3-15 business days, or in some cases a bit longer. You can check the timeline for your specific country on the Postnl website.
If you have not received your mail within 4 weeks from shipping please reach out via email post@pawsandparchment.com. Unfortunately I can’t resend any replacement letters if you have not contacted me within 2 months of shipping date.
Do you ship internationally outside of the EU?
Unfortunately I do not offer shipping outside of the EU at the moment, but I do plan to offer this in the future. Please keep an eye on our social media for more updates on when I will start offering shipping outside the EU.
Billing, payments & cancellations.
Paws & Parchment Post is billed on the same day each month that you initially signed up on. So if you signed up on the 1st, you will be billed every month on the 1st of the month. You can cancel, or pause your subscription at any time before your next billing cycle through the customer portal under your account. Your billing information can also be updated through the customer portal.
Address changes.
You can update your address, billing, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal. If you need any help with this feel free to reach out through email post@pawsandparchment.com.
Did not receive your letter?
If you have not received your mail within 4 weeks from shipping please reach out via email post@pawsandparchment.com. Unfortunately I can’t resend any replacement letters if you have not contacted me within 2 months of shipping date.

Is Paws & Parchment Post offered in Dutch and English?
Unfortunately Paws & Parchment Post is only offered in English at the moment, but I am working on offering a Dutch language option as soon as possible.
