Verzendbeleid

Paws & Parchment Post is sent through regular (untracked) mail through Postnl in batches every Friday. Existing subscribers' mail will be sent on the first Friday of every month. New subscribers will have their mail sent out the next Friday after ordering. 

If you live within the Netherlands you should receive your mail within 2-4 business days. For international mail within the EU it can take anywhere from 3-15 business days, or in some cases a bit longer. You can check the timeline for your specific country on the Postnl website. 

If you have not received your mail within 4 weeks from shipping please reach out via email post@pawsandparchment.com. Unfortunately I can’t resend any replacement letters if you have not contacted me within 2 months of shipping date.
